“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 4:7
Reflection
Peace doesn’t mean the absence of noise or struggle—it’s the presence of God in the middle of it. While the world tells us peace is earned by control, Christ offers a peace that settles even when nothing around us changes. It doesn’t always explain itself; it simply arrives, like a deep breath after a storm.
Prayer
Jesus, calm my anxious thoughts today. Guard my heart and mind with Your peace, and help me rest in Your presence more than in my own solutions. Amen.
